I don't typically wear flannel and larger plaid patterns but after reading another reviewer's comment about how everyone should have one of these shirts, I decided I would give it a try. And boy am I glad I did! I typically wear a small in Anthro. For your reference, I have a small waist but larger arms and that's a concern for me with these sorts of button-down shirts. However, the small fit and my arms are not too snug in them. Just more motivation to lose a few lbs. :) It's a fun and classy shirt and definitely comes at a great price. It will be a staple in anyone's wardrobe. Got multiple compliments on it today! Buy it! Do it!

I would have never picked this out on my own, flannel just isn't my thing. But I was with my father who was tagging along while I did a little shopping and he picked up this shirt and said "you need a shirt like this." I tried it on just to humor him, but ended up loving it. The flannel is so soft and comfortable, and the colors are pretty enough that it still looks special and flattering. I've worn it all the time now, and I consistently get compliments on it (from both men and women). It's one of those shirts that seems like "eh, I'm laid back and whatever" but that secretly looks cool and fabulous on you.
My only compliant is that I wish either the second button was lower or the third button was higher. On my body specifically, they seem to be in that awkward position where if I button to the second one, my chest will pucker the button gaps, or if I button to the third one, it seems to be slightly too low where it could show my bra.
Otherwise, sizing fit true to size for me (I'm typically a M/34C/8 and I got a M in this). I didn't have the tight arms issue, but I am petite at 5'4".

I just bought this shirt and love it! The cotton is very soft and comfortable. I would buy another if it came in other colors.
