Coté 5 sur 5Â par BxinMD I Concur!
This sweater is beautiful! Light enough to wear over a turtleneck or other knits/tops; warm enough to use as outerwear with the addition of maybe a hat and gloves. The proportions are more like Petite sizing. I'm 5'3", a 34DDD, and normally wear a Petite Large. Ordered a Large and the fit was near perfect! The zipper can be lowered so it looks like a leather motorcycle jacket, hence the name. Love the classic pattern and color combo with the cool styling. Would like to see more from this label at Anthropologie! 20 novembre 2012
Coté 5 sur 5Â par MissEevee Love at first sight!
There are not many items that I get an instant "I MUST TRY THAT!" feeling from, but this Snoa Motocardi was definitely it. As soon as I saw it in store on a mannequin, I jumped and ran all around the store looking for it to try it on. It's hard to say whether it's the pattern of the sweater, the style (motorcycle jacket inspired, yes!), the softness of the fabric, the fact that it's a sweater, or all of the above that drew me. Like the other reviewers have mentioned, the material of this jacket is so soft. It's thick enough to provide substantial warmth on a cold day, and I definitely appreciate the side pockets. However, this may not be warm enough for true cold-weather regions - we have moderately cool winters in the SF Bay Area (Silicon Valley), so this is perfect. I have an athletic build, so shoulders tend to be problematic for me when it comes to coats and jackets. That was not a problem with the Snoa Motocardi. The sleeve length is also just right - it actually falls lower for me than on the model, going past the wrists and covering part of my lower palm. Size SMALL (my usual) is snug, but there is room for layers. Looks great both zipped and open, which is unusual for assymetrically-fastening coats. Looks especially catchy with a bright jewel-colored turtleneck - or you can go monochromatic in black. It's extremely versatile and makes even jeans and a solid turtleneck look stylish. I usually prefer longer coats, so I'm a little surprised myself that I ended up liking this jacket so much. But it's a motocardi, styled after a motorcycle jacket - it's true to the inspiration, and I think that's what makes this cardi unique as a sweater jacket. I bought this full-priced and do not regret it in the slightest. This is going to be my go-to coat this season! 1 décembre 2012
Coté 4 sur 5Â par JessicaMay Cute - could be shaped better
I think this jacket is super cute, but it's very short. The fit is boxy, which isn't a problem, but the length makes it difficult to wear. Very cozy though. 7 décembre 2012
